She brings extensive project management experience across diverse sectors, including healthcare, public utilities, pharmaceuticals, and construction. Her career includes impactful roles in Community Relations and Human Resources. Penny is skilled in stakeholder engagement, innovative problem-solving and interpersonal relationships. She holds a Master of Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Master of Education in Counseling and Human Development, specializing in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, from Lindsey Wilson College. Penny also holds an Emotional Intelligence and Diversity Certification from the Emotional Intelligence and Diversity Institute at UCLA and a Certificate in Social Services from Indiana Wesleyan University.
