He is a trainer with niches in Crucial Conversations and Leadership Development. James holds degrees in Psychology from the University of Georgia and a Master’s in HR Development from Xavier University. James is an energetic and engaging teacher/coach who guides leaders and teams through complex business issues, with straightforward practical solutions, while maintaining a focus on people. And woven through all these topics is the JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion) work that he has been a part of for the past 15 years.
