Before entering the legal profession, he served in community-focused roles with the City of Cincinnati, where he built a reputation for clear communication, effective case management, and client-centered service. Ihsan earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a major in Spanish Literature, Language, and Culture from Xavier University.
