Competing Under Pressure is an innovative performance coaching solution for developing athletic coaching staffs and student-athletes. Our "Coach the Coach" program helps collegiate athletics department administrators and coaching staff manage performance and media expectations, athletic anxiety, stress and coping capacity that can hinder on-field performance and off-field development. We focus on Division I and II Collegiate Athletics programs who seek to create or revitalize a "culture of champions" and winning team performance.
Although the concept of culture often suggests values, beliefs and behaviors of people or organizations, Coaching Across Cultures expands our worldview to consider differences of every kind including corporate cultures and professional groups - from engineers and nurses to business managers. Make It Plain Consulting has partnered with certified Executive Coaches from 23 countries including The Netherlands, Turkey, England, Australia, Italy, Germany and Ireland to deliver a global, multicultural perspective to Coaching.
